Here is how the process works1) Complete Purchase on , one tape per qty, up to 6 hours of footage. 2) Ship your tape(s) toemail us to confirm prior to making your purchase 3) We will let you know once we receive your tapes and get started on digitizing right away. We will digitize them within 5 business days of receipt for smaller orders and 10 days for larger orders. 4) Your MP4 files of your videos will be posted on our Google Drive or DropBox and shared only with you free of charge for a month. The link will be sent to you via email. 5) If you would like the tapes returned, it can be arranged at a later date. You dont have to decide this now. We will keep the tapes on hand for one month in case you decide you want them and we can organize this at a later time after digitization is complete.
