SHIPPING POLICY

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery once the payment is cleared.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

TRACKING:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@pacific-funds.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship within the United States.
