Made from sturdy aluminum, these blanks have a smooth surface that resists bending and ensures durability. Their excellent thermal conductivity allows for clear, vibrant prints during heat press sublimation, with finished images that resist fading over time. Suitable for creating personalized business cards, VIP cards, metal plaques, photos, signage, or decorative items for home, office, or outdoor use. Before printing, remove the protective film from the surface. Recommended sublimation temperature is between 170-180°C (340-360°F), with a pressing time of approximately 50 seconds; darker images may require slightly longer. The edges are slightly sharp, so caution is advised during handling.
