The Dual Edge Aluminum Emulsion Scoop Coater is a lightweight, affordable tool designed for silk screen printing. It provides accurate and consistent coating results with a comfortable handle for easy control. Suitable for use with any liquid emulsion and mesh count, it ensures a smooth, even layer on your screen each time. The dual-edge feature offers two coating options: a round edge for lower mesh count screens, allowing quick buildup of emulsion with minimal coats; and a sharp edge for higher mesh count screens and face coats, applying a thinner, more precise layer. Made from hard anodized aluminum with angled plastic end guidance caps, the scoop coater is sealed to prevent leaks and easy to clean. For optimal use, select a scoop coater 1" smaller than your screen’s inside dimension. Remove the black rubber protective pieces before use. Recommended for frame sizes around 9" x 14" OD.
