It features a comfortable handle and a perfect coating angle for easy control. Made from hard anodized aluminum with sealed, angled plastic end guidance caps, it prevents leaks and is easy to clean. The dual-edge design offers two coating options: a rounded edge for lower mesh count screens, allowing quick buildup of emulsion with minimal coats, and a sharp edge for higher mesh count screens, providing a thinner, smoother layer. Suitable for any liquid emulsion and mesh count, it delivers a uniform, even coating every time. When selecting a size, choose a scoop coater 1 inch smaller than your screen’s inside dimension. For example, a 20" x 24" screen requires a 16-inch scoop coater. Remove the black rubber protective pieces before use. Recommended for frame sizes up to 23" x 31".
