The Dual Edge Aluminum Emulsion Scoop Coater is a lightweight, affordable tool designed for silk screen printing coating. It provides accuracy and consistency, ensuring a smooth, even layer of emulsion on your screen every time. The scoop coater features a dual-edge design with a round edge suitable for lower mesh count screens, allowing quick buildup of emulsion with minimal coats. The sharp edge is ideal for higher mesh count screens and face coats, applying a thinner, more precise layer. Made from hard anodized aluminum with angled plastic end guidance caps, it is sealed to prevent leaks and easy to clean. Compatible with any liquid emulsion and mesh count, it offers controlled coating angles for optimal results. For best performance, select a scoop coater 1 inch smaller than your screen’s inside dimension. Remove the black rubber protective pieces before use. Recommended for frame sizes around 12" x 16" OD.
