This desktop screen printing hinge clamp measures 18.9" x 2.4" (48 x 6 cm) and is designed for use with silk screen printing machines. It supports a maximum screen frame size of 21.6" x 25.6" x 2.3" (55 x 65 x 6 cm) and a suggested printing area of 19.6" x 23.6" (50 x 60 cm). Constructed from steel with an electrostatic spray finish, it offers acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Some parts are made of stainless steel. The screen frame can be lifted up to 40 mm by loosening and adjusting elastic and hinge screws, and its angle can be set between 0-45 degrees using the upper and lower screws of the gravity support plate. The rubber base plate is customizable for different printing needs. The gravity plate can be adjusted for balance by shifting it back and forth, with the option to add or remove plates. Suitable for printing on electronic circuit boards, paper boxes, glass, metal plates, and other flat products.
