This sublimation tumbler wrap set includes three silicone sleeves of varying thicknesses—1.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm—designed for use with mug presses and smaller tumbler heat presses. Made from flexible, soft, and wear-resistant silicone, these wraps can withstand temperatures up to 430°F (200°C). They help ensure even heat transfer during sublimation, allowing for vibrant, colorful prints on mugs, water bottles, can coolers, and tumblers. To select the appropriate thickness, wrap the sublimation design paper around the blank tumbler with the silicone sleeve, then place it on the sublimation machine. The different thicknesses are suitable for various tumbler sizes: 1.5mm for 7.7cm-8cm/12 oz bottles, 3mm for 7.4cm-7.6cm/20 oz bottles, and 4mm for 7.1cm-7.4cm/12 oz and 16 oz bottles. Each sleeve measures approximately 250mm in length, providing a versatile solution for personalized sublimation projects.
