DC Blue Screen Printing Emulsion Pint (16oz.) is a dual-cure textile emulsion designed for screen printing on fabric. Compatible with all ink systems, it offers high resistance to solvents, UV, Plastisol, and water-based inks. Before use, Diazo must be added and activated according to simple instructions. Once mixed, it is ready for application to clean, degreased, dried screens using a scoop coater. Reclaiming is straightforward with emulsion remover. The emulsion comes with a bottle of Diazo and has a shelf life of 10-12 months; once activated, it remains usable for 2-3 months. To prolong shelf life, always use distilled water for mixing, store in a cool area, and keep the container tightly sealed. Gently mix before each use. For extended runs, an emulsion hardener can be used. Proper storage and handling ensure optimal performance and longevity of the emulsion.
