This screen printing kit includes a reusable wooden frame, a squeegee, and three 100ml bottles of ink, providing all the essentials for beginners. The process involves creating a stencil by cutting out a motif and adhering it to the screen with adhesive tape. Position the screen on the fabric, ensuring the motif is correctly oriented, then apply ink along the top edge of the screen. Using the squeegee, spread the ink evenly over the motif from top to bottom, pressing firmly to transfer the design onto the fabric. Carefully lift the screen to reveal the printed pattern. After printing, clean the screen immediately and allow the design to dry. For durability, heat set the print in an oven at 150°C (302°F) for 8 minutes or iron without steam for 3 minutes. The water-based inks are washable at 40°C (104°F), saliva-resistant, and soft to the touch. Tips include using 100% cotton fabric, washing before printing, and removing finishes for best results.
