Paper Trimmer with Swing-Out Arm, 12x3 Inch Base

To use the paper trimmer, place your paper under the clear bar and press down on the square blade carriage while sliding it along the bar to cut. To remove the paper, lift the clear bar. To change the blade, slide the carriage to the bottom groove, lift it out, then insert the new carriage into the groove and slide it up to secure. Replacement blades can be purchased separately. The package includes one 12-inch by 3-inch paper trimmer.
